# Style Suite Privacy Policy **Effective Date:** January 1, 2026 **Last Updated:** January 1, 2026 Style Suite ("Style Suite," "we," "us," or "our") is a B2B SaaS platform that helps fashion brands and boutiques ("Stores," "Clients") curate and publish shoppable looks across their websites and the marketing platforms they already use. Style Suite does not sell directly to consumers and does not maintain consumer accounts — our customers are businesses. This Policy describes how we handle information in two contexts: (1) as a business, in connection with visitors to our website and our Client accounts, and (2) as a service provider, in connection with the limited data we process on behalf of our Clients while operating the platform. --- ## 1. Our Role: A B2B Facilitator, Not a Consumer-Facing Service Style Suite's customers are Stores, not individual shoppers. Stores own all data connected to their business — including their product catalogs, shopper relationships, and marketing lists — and they alone decide how that data is used. Style Suite acts solely as a technology facilitator: we connect to systems our Clients already operate (Shopify, Klaviyo, and similar platforms) and provide tools to curate and publish shoppable look content on their behalf. We do not independently control or direct how Store data is used, and we have no direct relationship with the shoppers who ultimately view or click on published looks. --- ## 2. Information We Collect **Website Visitors** If you visit getstylesuite.com, we may collect standard website analytics data (e.g., pages viewed, referral source, general location, device/browser type) via tools like Google Analytics, and any information you voluntarily submit through a contact or demo request form (e.g., name, business email, company name). **Client/Store Accounts** When a Store becomes a Client, we collect basic business contact information needed to administer the account — such as business name, contact name, email, and store URL — along with account configuration and usage data related to the platform itself. **Data Processed on Behalf of Clients** In the course of providing the platform, we process: - **Look and product data:** the content of published "looks" and their connection to the underlying Shopify product catalog (e.g., product IDs, images, pricing metadata, styling associations). - **Engagement analytics:** aggregate interaction data (views, clicks) with published looks, collected via Google Analytics, which we report back to the relevant Client. This data is processed strictly on our Clients' behalf and under their instruction — it is not used by Style Suite for our own independent purposes. **What We Do Not Collect or Store** - We do not process or store payment card numbers, bank details, or other financial account information. - We do not store sensitive personal information belonging to Clients or their shoppers. - We do not store checkout or transaction records — purchases occur entirely on the Client's own Shopify-hosted store. - We do not maintain shopper contact lists, and we do not send marketing communications ourselves (see Section 5). --- ## 3. How We Use Information We use information to: - Operate, maintain, and support the Style Suite platform for our Clients - Facilitate the connection between a Client's Shopify catalog and their published look content - Provide engagement/performance reporting back to Clients (via Google Analytics) - Respond to inquiries, administer accounts, and provide customer support - Maintain the security and integrity of our platform - Communicate with prospective and current Clients about our services --- ## 4. How We Share Information We do not sell personal information. Our data sharing is limited to what's needed to operate a B2B platform: - **With our Clients:** We share engagement and performance data related to their own published looks back with the relevant Store. - **Facilitated Connections:** We connect to platforms our Clients already use and control, including: - **Shopify** — to sync product catalog data owned by the Store - **Klaviyo and similar platforms** — we supply look content for the Store to use in campaigns run entirely on the Store's own platform, under the Store's own instructions and consent mechanisms - **Google Analytics** — to measure engagement with published looks - **Cloud infrastructure providers** (e.g., Firebase/Google Cloud) — to host and run our platform - **Legal Compliance:** We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process. - **Business Transfers:** In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard protections. --- ## 5. We Are Not a Marketing Sender Style Suite does not send email, SMS, or social media marketing communications itself, and we do not own or manage shopper contact lists. We integrate with marketing platforms our Clients already operate (such as Klaviyo) and supply those platforms with look content for the Client to use in its own campaigns. All decisions about who receives a message, all consent management, and all sending is handled entirely by the Client, under the Client's own privacy policy and applicable law. Style Suite has no role in collecting shopper consent or transmitting marketing messages. --- ## 6. Cookies and Analytics Our own website (getstylesuite.com) uses standard analytics cookies to understand visitor traffic. Separately, Google Analytics may be used on Client-published look content to measure shopper engagement on behalf of the Client; this data is aggregate and used for performance reporting, not to build individual shopper profiles for advertising. Data Retention We retain Client account information for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes. We retain look/product-catalog data for as long as a Client maintains an active account. Engagement/analytics data is retained per standard Google Analytics retention settings. Data is deleted or de-identified upon account termination or Client request, except where retention is legally required. --- ## 8. Data Security We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the data we handle, including access controls and secure cloud infrastructure. Because we do not collect or store financial or sensitive personal information, our data footprint is intentionally minimal. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. --- ## 9. A Note for Shoppers If you're a shopper who encountered a "look" published using Style Suite's platform, please note: Style Suite is a technology provider to the Store you interacted with — we don't have a direct relationship with you, and we don't control the Store's use of your data. Any questions about your personal information, marketing preferences, or data rights should be directed to that Store directly, using their own privacy policy and contact information. Where Style Suite processes data on a Store's behalf (such as look-engagement analytics), we do so strictly as a service provider/processor acting on that Store's instructions. Children's Privacy Style Suite is a business-to-business service not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. --- ## 11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
